Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing training programmes and courses
• Conduct training needs analysis and related research
• Liaise with different parties for projects
• Organise training-related events
• Assist in analysing data and writing up of reports

Requirements:

• A degree holder in any discipline (preferably in fashion and textiles)
• Good knowledge of data collection and analysis
• Excellent writing skill (both in English and Chinese)
• Knowledge / experience of training / qualification framework is an advantage
• Outgoing personality and able to work in team
