Duties:

• Place Purchase Orders with suppliers according to verified forecast
• Handle shipment arrival and declaration (air/sea)
• Handle importation clearance (Health Certificates)
• Prepare daily reports and data to management
• Work with warehouse team to maintain the inventory level

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Logistics/ Supply Chain or related disciplines with 4-5 years of solid experience in procurement, import, export, shipping, clearance, declaration documentation
• Experience in food importation, food import regulation is a must
• Good time management and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
