Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support and handle all Administrative, Property Management, Leasing issues, also assist in ad hoc project or any works as assigned
- Handle decision making matters and report to Top Management
- Organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials and minutes taking in both Chinese and English
Required Qualification & Experience
- University graduates in Property Management, Business Administration or equivalents
- Minimum of 5 years’ practical working experience in Property Management or Leasing is an advantage
- Experience in Maintenance Works is highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing (over 30 words per minute)
- Good computer skill with experienced usages of computer functions
- Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
- Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to deliver quality service
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
