Job Description

Job description and responsibilities

  • Create and maintain records of company trading orders
  • Raise Sales confirmations and Purchase Orders
  • Prepare and update trade receivables report
  • Chase collection of receivables
  • Prepare and maintain agency / service agreements
  • Maintain records of service providers’ contract
  • Assist the MD in running the daily operations of the main company as well as sister companies in the group

 

Job requirements

  • At least 10 years' relevant experience
  • Detailed-minded, super-tidy
  • Ability to organise and classify various records, files, documents, etc.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
