Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for developing a comprehensive candidate pool;
• Maintain good relationship with internal and external management, staff retention;
• To provide support in recruitment / employee movements including interview coordination, placement follow-up matters, salary recommendation, data verification, system input, etc.;
• Assist in execute recruitment activities such as job fairs and road shows;
• Prepare and update regular management reports on recruitment activities;
• Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines;
• Good command of English and Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, organized and detail-minded (Completed English recognition tests such as TOEFL, SAT and IELTS are highly preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR with solid experience in recruitment; 
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, detail and client orientated, self-motivated, energetic, positive, and hardworking;
• An energetic and well-organized team player with positive thinking, good analytical mind and customer focused;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good PC Skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge in financial industry and immediate availability would be definitely advantage.
