Job Description

HealthCore is currently helping 2 of its clients, a global medical devices company and a global life science lab products company, to recruit 2 Office Administrators.

General Job Responsibilities:

Provide general office administrative support
Handle customer and visitor calls & enquiries, mailings, etc.
Coordinate arrangements and logistics for company events
Manage office stationaries and supplies inventory, general office maintenance, 3rd party services
Staff overseas traveling and accommodation arrangements
Input and issue company announcements and other messages via internal computer system
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

General Qualifications / Skills:

2+ years related administrative work experience
Degree or diploma qualified
Good coordination and communication skills, team player
