Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling telephone, email and walk-in inquiries; repairs order taking
- Handling customer complaints and provide an expert answer to customer’s requests
- Handling additional ad hoc duties
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- CS experience in call centre will be an advantage
- Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
- Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable
- Strong computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
