Are you?

• a diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• with at least 3 years’ experience in finance or banking field. Experience in new client account opening, know your client/client due diligence processing is preferred
• with good knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to banking industry and experience in remittance and deposit
• self-disciplined, hardworking, well-organized, and able to work independently
• fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• with good knowledge of computer skills and Microsoft Office

Can you?

• support and assist head of department to achieve more effective and cost-beneficial customer service
• verify and sign on the various vouchers, forms, printouts, reports and returns pertaining to section
• check and verify on account opening and KYC/CDD processing
• monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines and prevent any money laundering activities
• respond to customers’ enquires and attend to customer application for account opening and change of signatures
• update customer profile, signature, and account status
• perform reconciliation on Nostro account and suspense account
• assist to prepare AML report and management report
