Our client, a sizeable Chinese based conglomerate firm with headquarter in Hong Kong, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the role of Investment Director / Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Identify trends and investment opportunities in Hong Kong/ China/international primary market in comprehensive health direction and or industrial 4.0 (Internet).
• Handle entire investment project execution work including due diligence, research on financial analysis, modeling, evaluation activities and writing investment proposal.
• Perform due diligence on prospective investments opportunities, by market research, valuation analysis and financial modelling to acquire new and retain existing investment business.
• Focus on deals transactions for PE VC, etc.
• Monitor current investments, review and comment on transaction documents, engage in post investment management.
• Oversee the preparation of annual reports and other internal reports.
• Negotiate and liaise with financial institutions, regulatory authorities and relevant parties in terms of financing and transactions.
• Execute corporate finance and capital market transactions.
• Knowledge and be sensitive in industrial internet/hi tech/electronic science/medicine/pharmacy/medical institution relative business cultures.

Requirements:-

• Degree holder in Electronic Science/Technology/Medicine/Pharmacy/Accounting/Law or related disciplines. CFA charter holder preferred.
• 5 years of investment working experience.
• Strong capital market transaction experience and strong understanding of corporate finance.
• Strong communications skills and capability in synthesizing and presenting investment recommendations and research findings both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated, ability to work to tight deadlines, able to multi-task prioritize.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as manager grade.
