Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all kinds of enquiries and complaints.
• Assist in account-opening procedures.
• Provide customer services and related tasks support to clients.

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE or HKDSE and Pass in Chinese, English and Mathematics or equivalent.
• Degree, Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma, HKALE or equivalent is preferred.
• Pass in HKSI Type 1 and Type 2 Licensing Examinations is preferred.
• Experience in customer services or futures / securities industry is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Good in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to work on weekend and rotate different locations across Hong Kong is a must.
• Recent graduate will be considered.
