Our client, a banking group, is looking for a Product Development Manager, Insurance to cope with their expanding business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage bancassurance products with insurance partners on product development and distribution
• Research on market segment and product availability to develop competitive life and general insurance products
• Work with compliance, legal and branch distribution departments to ensure a smooth product launch
• Design marketing campaigns with marketing team

Requirements

• Degree holder in business-related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in banking or insurance industry on product distribution / development
• Knowledge in life and general insurance products
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Remuneration

• Basic plus bonus
