Our client, one of the largest Banking Group in Hong Kong, is urgently seeking a Courier Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of Courier Section
• Monitor daily incoming and outgoing mails
• Ensure all documents are delivered in a timely manner
• Manage Bank branches' cash transportation schedule 
• Manage Bank's car drivers and orders for car pool
• Prepare annual budget and update procedure manual of Courier Section
• Daily operation, including centralized procurement of office equipment and supplies 

Requirements:

• Degree with 5 yrs+ relevant experience in supervising courier / mailing operation
