- Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division)
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant mortgage valuation, statutory valuation and PRC valuation experience
- Post-qualification valuation working experience in Hong Kong of about 3 years
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager
