Responsibilities:

• • Handle daily credit administration duties
  • Preparation draft facility letters, PEF proposal requests
  • Update Customers' credit lines information 
  • Checking account documentation including KYC
  • Handle new accounts opening documents and verifying signatures of customers
  • Updating Reuters or EBS data for Treasury Department
  • Safekeeping all relevant facility documentation
  • Handle the electronic mail service
  • Circulating all management reports 
  • Updating data of Hong Kong Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as and when necessary

Requirements :

• • U grad. in Finance, banking or other related disciplines
  • 3-5 years working experience in banking industry
  • with solid experience in Credit Administration or Loan Agency is a must
