The Role

• Understand and ensure all telemarketing staff are in compliance to internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirement when delivering job duties
• Motivate and coach telemarketing staff to achieve sales targets, improve job satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage resource effectively to support different marketing campaigns and maximize sales output.
• Strengthen training in telesales techniques and selling skills to sustain optimum results and maintain the image of professionalism
• Conduct performance review with telemarketing staff on regular basis, provide feedback and counselling.

Requirements

• University degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in supervising Telesales or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
