Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with the definition and enhancement of regulatory compliance programmes and operational improvement projects
• Conduct research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well formulated solutions

• Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks
• Document the project into systems and processes for management review
• Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
• Support team members with other project activities

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree holder
• 5+ years of work experience in compliance related topic (or consulting industry is preferred)
• Over 10 years of experience would consider as Managing Consultant
• Track record of business development/ project acquisition experience, with established network and/or APAC
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance framework in Financial industries
• Excellent spoken and written English. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage when speaking to clients in Hong Kong
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
