Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement all policies and procedures to ensure them comply with the regulatory requirements; formulate and supervise the implementation of compliance review plans.
• Performing periodic Compliance monitoring and reviews on various business activities.
• Handle and respond to any enquiries from regulators and stakeholders.
• Provide legal and compliance advice on the investment strategies to the senior management.
• Review, update and enhance compliance framework on various business activities and initiatives.
• Monitor and manage the compliance works and business activities for the Group, ensure to comply with the internal policies and external regulations and follow up the compliance implementation and processes.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in iBank, securities and asset management company or other financial institutions.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Strong and Solid HK legal, SFC compliance knowledge and familiar with internal control, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and capable to work independently.
