To act as key point person for HK/China related M&A transactions
Actively nurture and penetrate relationships with HK/China clients, and the key M&A touch points in the industry
Focussed access to HK/China investor names on deals originated and executed by regional M&A team Facilitate the various channels of deal flow from high quality intermediaries based in Hong Kong and China as alternative deal flow for M&A
To work closely with regional M&A colleagues in Malaysia / Singapore / Indonesia and engage with other internal colleagues alike to provide best client service
Support in regional M&A team’s origination and execution efforts as and where necessary
Track record and ability to penetrate and cover China SOE clients and major Hong Kong groups that are active in regional M&A
Relevant deal execution experience and track record
Possess a recognised degree and/or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related areas
Minimum 10 years experience in capital markets
Native Mandarin speaker, Hong Kong nationals may be considered
