The incumbent reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager, he/she is responsible for sales order entries and maintenance, shipment release and inventory management.

Job Duties

1. Input sales order and arrange shipment
2. Closely collaborate with Sales to maintain healthy level of inventory
3. Handle pre-order and sample request
4. Prepare sales forecast
5. Liaise with customers and handle complaints

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above in any discipline with 5 years in sales co-ordination or customer service role which at least 2 years preferably to be gained in electronics industry
2. Knowledge on semiconductor product with experience to provide on time delivery to customers and enhance customer satisfaction level are strongly preferred
3. Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
4. Good time management skills and PC literacy on Microsoft Office applications
5. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
6. Knowledge in Oracle system is an advantage.

Less working experience will be considered.
