Duties:

• Acted as Sponsor/Financial Adviser/Independent Financial Adviser/Compliance Adviser in a variety of corporate finance transactions including IPO, fund raising exercise, reorganisation and compliance with listing rules
• Provide advice on corporate finance transactions
• Leading role in execution of transactions including performance of due diligence exercise, liaison with regulators and other professional parties and supervise of documentation drafting.
• Provide training and guidance to staff in the department

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Legal or related disciplines with CFA  professional qualification is an advantage
• Holder of Representative License of RA6 with SFC
• Solid exposure in handling IPO and M&A activities with minimum 3 years experience
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua is a must)
