Job Responsibilities 职责:

• 按照客戶的要求，為個人及公司戶口執行開戶安排。Arrange account opening for individual and corporate clients.
• 按照法規要求，收集相關客戶文檔，協助客戶完成各類資料更新。In accordance to legal &compliance requirements, to collect and filter “customer due diligence” documents. Assist clients to complete personal information renewals/ updates.
• 與相關部門溝通，確認客戶的開戶流程時間表。Liaise with relevant departments to confirm the client’s account opening process.
• 在與客戶溝通過程中，配合客戶經理，應答客戶在交易、產品及其他日常業務方面的查詢。To assist account managers with communication with client’s enquiries including but not limit to general trading, products and other daily activities.
• 完成上級領導交辦的其他工作。Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements 要求:

• 本科或以上學歷; Bachelor’s degree or above;
• 具香港證監會1號(證券交易)及2號(期貨)牌照者優先; Holder of SFC License of Type 1 & 2 regulated activity preferred;
• 具相關行業經驗者優先; Related experience preferred;
• 耐心、細心、有強烈的責任感及團體精神; Patient and attentive, with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
• 良好的客戶服務技巧，具有優秀的溝通能力; Good customer service skills, with strong interpersonal & communication skills;
• 流利普通話、中等水準或以上英語能力; Fluent Mandarin-speaking is a must. Intermediate level spoken and written English;
• 熟練使用Office軟件; Proficient in MS office;
• 可接受經常出差到北京; Willing to travel frequently to Beijing.
