Job Description
We are looking for a caliber person who is hard working and willing to work under high pressure. This position is the central point of contact for all daily operational requirements from inquiry and pre orders needs through all post order activities. On-going backlog management and forecast monitoring, quote follow up and proactive billing management process.
Responsibilities:

Delivery Management: Forecast monitoring, on-going Backlog Management
-
Billing Generation: Proactive Billing Management Process, quotations follow up
-
Credit management: Work with customer, sales and AR on overdue payment

Customer Satisfaction: Communication with customer to resolve escalated operational issues
Requirements:
- College graduate or above
- 3 years relative experience
- Good English & Mandarin communication skill
- Good computer skill (word, excel) / SAP knowledge is preferable
- Hard Working, Independent, Responsible
