Responsibilities:

• Lead an asset management team to manage portfolios of global equity and fixed-income investments
• Identify potential investment opportunities and work in investment team for portfolio updates and strategic planning of private fund
• Manage discretionary mandates and provide advisory services to clients.
• Conduct investment analysis independently and responsible for asset allocation and stock pick.
• Communicate strategies and market events with internal sales team and report periodically investment activities to the management and investors
• Lisase with external parties such as custodians, investment managers and potential clients
• Participate in the development of business and product strategies and the formulation of investment portfolios.
• As a RO Type 4 & 9 and ensure daily operations in compliance with regulation

 
Requirements: 

• Holder of a relevant University degree with Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in asset management, with experience in company research as well as portfolio risk decision-making/management (long only or hedge fund)
• hold SFC RA 4 & 9 type RO licenses and have sound experience across capital raising, risk management, investments, business strategy and management
• Proven track record in portfolio management
• proven track record in leadership, builds empowers and engages high performing teams
• Positive attitude, entrepreneurship with high drive for results
• Native Mandarin fluency and written and verbal fluency in English a must
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Director / VP, Asset Management
