Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer due diligence process, including but not limited to:
  － Review, cross check and update the client account information
  － Conduct Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Politically Exposed Person (PEP) check
  － Check the customers’ trading and cash in-out status
  － Contact and follow up with customers for update information (if applicable)
  － Report to supervisor on any special cases
• To provide support to the business;
• Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines;
• SFC licence holder will be an advantage;
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in reputable Financial Institutions;
• Patient and attentive, with strong sense of responsibility and team working spirit;
• Good customer service, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
