Job Description

One of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations, covers 71 countries and serves more than 45 million customers through Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Markets, and Private Banking.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to identify customer needs with due regard to customer business activities and the range of commercial insurance solutions available
Proactively understand our customers’ needs to identify any new potential requirements and better development of the existing portfolio
Review the Bank's development objectives whilst ensuring customer needs are met
Enhance service levels by resolving customer complaints and responsively acting on special requests in order to secure customer satisfaction

Requirements

University degree or equivalent with solid work experience in the insurance business
Relevant insurance licenses are required such as Insurance Intermediary Qualifying Examination Paper 1, 2, 3
Comprehensive technical and product knowledge of employee benefits products
Sound understanding of the insurance requirements of customers from different industries
