Responsibilities:

Assist Department Head to monitor following functions:

• preparation of loan documentation and pre-drawdown checking of executed documentation
• disbursement of loans
• loading of facility limits and their subsequent updating
• loan maintenance e.g. interest rate fixing, installment payments etc.;
• early or partial settlement of loans

Requirements:

• Degree holder of business studies
• Experience or studies in contract law or legal documentation a definite asset
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Banking industry
• Analytical and out-going
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing a sizable team
