Job Description:

1. Prepare facility letter, loan and guarantee documentation, etc.
2. Follow up the application status
3. Arrange loan disbursement logistics and repayment monitoring
4. Prepare annual loan renewal schedule and respective credit check
5. Prepare instruction for registration and deregistration of Charges in Companies Registry
6. Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirement:

1. University Degree holder(Major in Business, Commerce, Finance or any other related discipline)
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in credit administration or loan processing in banking industry
3. Good understanding of Hong Kong Securities market and proven knowledge on relevant ordinance are the key success
4. Good knowledge of commercial and legal terms
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office( Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
7. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
8. Able to work independently and under pressure
9. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
