Responsibilities:

• Provide network design, solution deployment, and technical documentation for network and security related equipment such as LAN, WAN, Firewall etc.;
• Conduct regular health check and monitor of all installed systems from infrastructure perspectives and report timely on any problems and performance issues;
• Maintain the trading systems and settlement systems to provide best level of services to internal and external users;
• Liaise with brokers, exchanges and vendors on application system related products and services;
• Responsible for troubleshooting IT related problems including MS Office Suite, printers, telephone conferencing systems, hardware and software;
• Monitor scheduled backup and ad-hoc desktop support for IT related issues
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2-years working experience in the field of Securities and Futures;
• All-round technical background in system architecture, servers, networks(infrastructure), front office trading system and market making systems as well as stock exchanges connectivity, and other interface system for settlements etc;
• Good interpersonal skill, a team player with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua);
• Able to work independently and possess good analytical and problem solving skills;
