Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, IT, Finance or equivalent with Sales Experience
• Minimum 2-3 years in Project Management, Investment, Finance, or Business Planning, especially in Incubator (孵化器), Venture Capital (VC), etc
• Experience inIT technology, TMT or Finance Industries are preferred, but not essential
• Strong project management skills with good communication and interpersonal skills both in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proactive, organized, self-motivated, strong problem-solving and able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently, good understanding of project management control and related procedure
• Good MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
  
  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility of the projects, controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget

• Manage all phases of projects including project initiation and planning, requirement gathering
• Produce and maintain project documents including detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
• Actively monitor the project scope and resources to meet the project schedule and budget
• Manage projects and the user requirement acquisition process
• Develop, manage and lead the project both internally and externally as well as marketing and promotion.
• Work with project partners in shaping and planning new projects in line with business strategy.
• Other ad-hoc project assigned.
