Responsibilities:  

• Oversee clinic management to meet regulatory requirements and statutory standards
• Maintain daily operations in order, tidiness and cleanliness of the Clinic
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing and Regulatory Affairs to ensure all documents are accurate and comply with mandatory requirements or guidelines from health authorities
• Provide documentation support to government authorities
• Monitor inventory level and equipment maintenance, keep records and set up management system for the daily routines.
• Liaise with HR Department for the staff hiring and management, ensure sufficient support to both professional and clerical staff to the Clinic
• Address customer/patient enquiries, provide information and problem solving to ensure satisfactory service standard
• Prepare analysis reports on clinic operations for Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience preferably in clinical or aesthetic industry
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Those with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Clinical Manager
