Responsibilities

• ŸAcquires and uses technical and professional knowledge, skills and judgment to accomplish results and serve customers effectively.
• ŸUnderstands technical aspects of job.  
• ŸHelps others solve professional and technical problems.
• ŸManages customer situations and designs strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction.
• ŸKeeps up-to-date on resources available to serve the needs of customers.
• ŸDevelops technical initiatives geared towards improving the effectiveness of the technical team.
• ŸAssesses rewards and coaches technical sales professionals within the organization.
• ŸProvides support to front line sales people overseeing presentations, technical support together with customer presentations.

Requirements

• ŸBachelor Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering desired or related discipline; with Marketing skills is preferred
• ŸMinimum 3 years of experience in the field of Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with China experience
• ŸFamiliar with Android Smartphone and Tablet technology by using MTK, Qualcomm, and Spreadrum is preferred
• ŸProactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• ŸGood command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• ŸTravel to Shenzhen office and factory
• ŸImmediate available will be higher preferred
