Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries, make and confirm service appointments
  • Handle outbound calls for service invitations
  • Provide proactive follow up and excellent service to our customers
  • Assist in customers follow-up
  • Provide clerical support and data entry
  • Feedback customers comments to superior for service improvement
  • Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction

 

Requirements: 

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 Year relevant working experience, less experience may consider as Customer Service Assistant
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Immediately available may consider first
