Job Description

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide general reception services, including handling telephone calls, greeting guests.
  • Handle payroll calculation, Administrative documents and Assist in preparing job order.
  • Perform office administration duties including mailing, courier arrangement, office equipment maintenance, etc;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration;
  • Assist in organizing and carrying out company events;
  • Assist in handling any ad-hoc projects and assignment

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Form 5 or above;
  • Over 2 years relevant working experience;
  • Proficient in MS office applications (including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing etc.)
  • Mature, independent, responsible, initiative, meticulous, organized and detail-oriented;
  • Immediately available.
