Responsibilities:

• To prepare design proposals;
• Familiar with detailed design and to handle full set of working drawings;
• Liaise with Clients and Consultants from conceptual design to construction drawings;
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and monitor site progress;

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years or above experience in interior design field.
• F.5 / Diploma holder / University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an
• advantage;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop is necessary;(Illustrator, SK up, 3D Max is an advantage)
• Experience in Design and Project Coordination;
• Experience in large scale projects is preferable;
• With project experience in China and Hong Kong;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated and productive
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as interior designer.
