Responsibilities:

• Attend site progress meeting;
• Coordinate with main contractor and monitor site progress;
• Coordinate the projects with different departments, clients and subcontractors;
• Assist in handling of project documents, e.g. drawing, preparation, site reports and submissions;
• Assist in project management, including site coordination and supervision work;
• Problem solving and reporting.

Requirements:

• T1 or equivalent;
• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management or Architectural related subjects;
• Min 3 years’ experience in fitting out & constructing work, can handle project independently;
• Holder of Green Card is required.
