Job Responsibilities:

• Fully conversant with the Steel, Cladding and Curtain Wall, Site Installation Process and ensure its implementation, application and compliance throughout the project, quantity measurement and estimating of all its components when tendering
• Work with the site team to ensure that the day-to-day & weekly planning is in accordance with the Project Schedule
• Work with the team, safety staff & the Sub-contractor in the in the preparation of the Installation Method Statements
• Coordinates with the main contractor for on-site coordination of works, and offsite production
• Ensure that the supervisors are coordinating with each other & other staff for the use & arrangements of site equipment
• Ensures that the Supervisors are doing their job with regards to supervising the site crews on all preparation & installation activities to ensure that all project requirements are met with regards to safety, quality, schedule & specifications
• Coordinates with Project Design Team in the preparation of remedial designs based on actual site conditions
• Frequent travel to Mainland is required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in curtain walls with at least 3 years in managerial level
• Past experience as a Façade Installer is a must
• Must have a solid understand of Installation Methods & Sequences
• Must be able to read & understand Shop drawings, Installation drawings & Specifications
• Must have a strong understanding of programs & able to prepare programs along with the Project Manager
• Must be systematic in problem analysis & conflict resolution
• Business Presentation Level English is a must with proficiency in local language preferred
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and 3D drawing is preferred.
