Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with main contractor and monitor site progress
• Attend site progress meeting
• Control daily progress workmanship and report, quality control and inspection
• Ensure effective material and cost control and work safety on site
• Travel to mainland is required

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent is advantageous
• 5 years relevant working experience in building construction, curtain wall system is preferred
• Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying is preferred
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is preferred
• Good communication and site management skills
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Candidate with less experience will be also considered.
