Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop technical, engineering, artwork drawings, and other documents relating to the project and its presentation to the client
• Work independently on shop drawings, working drawings and detail drawings and follow up with the operation team for production if required
• Prepare tender and submission documents and drawings
• Prepare sample boards and mock-ups for clients when required

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office package. Being able to use Sketchup and Solidworks is of advantage
• At least 3 year experience in mechanical engineering design, preferably with experience in window and door fabrication or the curtain wall industry
• Value-added in BIM/Revit experience
• Able to work independently and disciplined to meet tight deadlines
• Fluent Chinese and English
