Job Description
Responsibilities:

Oversee construction projects from inception to completion

Drive and oversees bid solicitation process from general contractors and specialty sub-contractors and vendor management

Liaise with designers, architects and other stakeholders on the execution of project work plans and resolve the issues with professional advices

Prepare detailed project pipeline and monitor the progress

Ensure appropriate and timely completion of construction activities, also ensuring alignment of costs/expenditure to agreed/set budgetary and contract guidelines

Manage compliance with statutory requirement and quality standard

Supervise and manage vendors and contractors and site management to be performed
Requirement:
- Degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, Building Studies, Surveying or related disciplines
- A minimum of 12 years related working experience in sizeable hospitality group or developer, preferably with leading hospitality brands and portfolios globally
- Professional membership (eg HKIA/RICS/HKIE etc). is highly preferred
- Sound knowledge of statutory procedures and construction process
- Natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Practical PRC prominent hotel project experiences is a plus to this role
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
