Responsibilities:

• Report to Business Development Manager
• Build and develop sales to grow existing residential and boutique contract businesses and to meet sales targets
• Effective planning and forecasting of sales performance
• Identify and effectively pursue relevant business opportunities
• Work with other members of the team to deliver effective and efficient solutions for clients
• Establish good professional relationship with potential clients, business partners and relevant industry associations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years sale experience
• University graduate
• Possess strong sales technique and sound financial sense
• Knowledgeable in interior design/ home furnishings a plus but not mandatory
• Self motivated and results oriented
• Strong commitment and passion to satisfy and exceed customer expectations
• Outgoing and positive personality, be able to work independently
• Good people management and development skill
• Good team player and relationship builder with client
• Strong communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Senior Sales Executive.
