Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operating a computerized sales order system – monitoring of delivery sales orders, status and performance
- Coordination of product supply with the operations department.
- Coordination with the Sales force.
- On going correspondence with customers and in-organization functions, including with head office.
- On going relation with customers.
- Liaise with customers, supply planners, sales team and other internal departments to assure smooth business fulfillment.
- Communicate with customer to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
- Provide sales supports
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position, preferable in high tech company
- Working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- MRP/ERP – experience in Oracle is an advantage

- Accurate and thorough
- Ability to focus on minor details of a single assignment
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to engage in intensive and overtime work
