• can lead projects from concepts to completion
• produce construction and detail drawings
• deal with contractors and suppliers
• attend meetings with clients 
• record meeting minutes 
• on site coordination

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 3-4 years of experience in relevant position a must. Candidates with less experience will be considered for position of assistant interior designer.
• on site coordination experience a plus
• project management skills is required
• teamwork is required
• must be highly organized
• thorough knowledge of autocad and photoshop is required. knowledge of mini cad (vector works) and formz a plus 
• 3D rendering skills a plus, but not required 
• architecture or interior design degree from reputable USA or UK institutions a plus
• fluency in spoken and written English a must
