Package:          Upto SG$15,500 per Month (Very Competitive Basic Depending on Experience and Other Great Benefits)

We are looking for Senior Design Manager with strong design experience, must have experience for Exterior Large Scale Curtain Walling Projects in Asia Specific. We work in joint partnership with some of the largest Facade Contractor in Singapore who have strong global presence across Asia and in Europe. We are open for an applicant who may have previous/current experience within Facade Contractor or Consultancy Practices anywhere in Asia.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To be able to manage all design activities as described in the design process
• Design Manager will be responsible for visual mock-up, test mock up, material tests, approval of all necessary drawings and associated documents and samples by the Client and/or Architect and Main Contractor as well as all design related contractual or statutory approvals, certificates or the like
• Must have experience in handling small design team upto 10 People 
• Understand the project organization and the design process
• Capability to design, understanding technical requirements and the basis of necessary calculations, verifications, tests, etc.

Requirements

• Atleast 5 - 8 years Curtain Wall/Glass Wall specific Technical Design experience from consultant OR contractor practices
• Less experienced will be considered for the positions as Senior Facade Designer or  Mid Level Facade Designer
• The candidate should have a solid background and experience in the design of various façade systems
