Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the production of Detailed Design and Tender Drawing packages.
2. Be an effective member of an Architectural team under the guidance of the Head of Design, and proactively work with colleagues to translate concept design packages to Detailed Design or Tender Drawings for submission to contractors. 
3. Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of your drawing work, quality, layout and notes by checking oneself before review by the Head of Design, as well as the coordination of drawings amongst the team and other disciplines.
4. To alert the Architect in charge when elements of the design or details are not working and offer solutions to these.
5. To show commitment to raising Alt-254 design standards.
6. To keep abreast of the latest software enhancements to increase productivity and to share this knowledge with ones colleagues.
7. To actively strive to improve your skills in design by looking for opportunities to further prove yourself whenever you see such opportunities arise. Always discuss and agree any such initiatives with the Head of Design before proceeding.

Qualification/Requirements

1. Experience is key. Salary reflects experience level. 
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit , as well as basic knowledge in MS Office.
3. BIM experience is an advantage.
4. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Good English skills is a must.
5. HK resident preferred but not essential.
