Responsibilities:

• Perform sales coordination including cold-calling potential clients and formal presentations
• Quotations, logistics arrangement, site visits and after-sale services
• Develop new customer accounts and following up the existing customer accounts
• Liaising with designer, architects, developers and contractors for promotion
• Assist marketing prepare & follow up promotion
• Evaluate the financial aspect of each project such as profit margin, payment terms & creditability of customers

Requirements:

• B2B selling experience in building materials
• Results driven, self-motivated, well-organized & excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Strong client base is preferable
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager

1. Salary:  25K+commission

2. Working Location:  Kwun Tong

3. Working hours:  0900-1800 hr, 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturday off)
