1. Higher Diploma or above in Construction Management/ Building Studies/ Architectural/ Civil & Structure or related discipline
2. 3 years or above experience in A&A works/ Fitting Out Works (Assistant Project Manager will be considered for those with more experience)
3. Solid experience in A&A projects involving Building Department submission is in advantage
4. Strong problem solving and analytical ability
5. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
6. Responsible for assisting project management, cost control, site control, tendering etc.for A&A works and Fitting Out Works
   
7. High enthusiasm at work
8. Willing to put effort to complete task/target
