• HKIA Registered Architect with AP qualification
• Assist the principle architect for checking of site works and related documents submitted by the contractor.
• Prepare tender documents and tender exercises
• Well-versed with local development controls as well as government submissions and approval procedures
• Proficiency in writing /spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate without AP qualification will be considered as Assistant Project Architect
