Responsibilities :

1)    Operation Team

1. Overall management to our Operation teams on site liaison with our on-site Superintendents to make sure the job delivered within the budget, comply with the quality, safety and programme requirement;
2. Lead our Site superintendents to build up a solid construction team who has strong team spirit, who are specialised in what we are doing: Foundation works, Tunnelling works, Structural Steel Works, A&A works and Waterproofing works;
3. Organize our team from time to time carry out lessons learnt and maintain the team with consistency improvement along our business development strategy, to consolidate the item stated in item 1.2 above.
4. Be familiar with all sorts construction materials and specifications involved in our works stated above in item 1.2.
5. Manage our current in house Safety Regulations and maintain the quality of our safety works.  Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations
6. Prepare official documentations on behalf of company for daily correspondences with Clients regarding programme, quality, safety and cost control etc.  

2)    Technical Support to Tender Team

1. Working together with our General Manager for Business Development to seek and secure the right business opportunity to our operation team;
2. Attend Tender interview meetings independently and be able to confidently demonstrate our technical strength regarding the works stated not only in item 1.2 above but develop creative methodology to satisfy our clients requirements from time to time.
3. Prepare tender technical proposal and submission on behalf of the company to the potential clients;

Requirement :

1. Degree in Civil Engineering, HKIE or ICE members
2. Min. 5 years solid on-site experience in construction industry, especially civil works;
3. Positive attitude, self-motivated, Team spirit, Leadership
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills is highly required
5. Able to work independently under pressure and liaison with all levels colleagues and clients
6. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
7. Appreciate documentation control works
