Our client is a huge international Facilities management company and they are seeking for a team of Facilities Managers to establish their services in the local area. In operation since 2002, and has developed organically as an extension to the many other building and property related services.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, control and oversee Building Facility Services
• Ensure the building infrastructures and goods operation on site are maintained, operated and controlled.
• Review, assess and make comment on the Buildings setup for tenants’ lease application and make recommendations to in-house staff of other divisions for the lease approval consideration.
• Facilities design for Building tenants, meet the health and safety requirements of authorities and standard requirements.
• Coordinate in the design and construction of the facilitation works.
• Monitor and oversee inspection of Building facilities, workplace, safety and security checks
• Monitor and control the clean air issues including indoor air quality assessment and energy audit and provide recommendation on improvement and upgrading works.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Facilities management or related disciplines.
• Member of a recognized professional institute in the discipline of mechanical or building services engineering or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of post-qualification
• Experience in planning, risk assessment, design and operation of goods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
