My client is a local property developer with leading-edge development strategies. To further consolidate its proven success, they are looking for Project Managers to join their team and take lead of individual projects in either HK and PRC, or both.

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate, monitor and resolve all technical matters with relevant parties regarding the project, including design, contractual issues, budget and cost, construction progress etc
• To provide immediate advice and assistance in adjusting the Chief's developmental ideas.
• To facilitate any processes in obtaining necessary permits for the projects
• To assist in the expansion of the business, identifying new development opportunities and making feasibility analysis. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Building Surveying/Construction/Struct Eng./Civil Eng./QS or relevant disciplines, with professional memberships preferred (eg HKIA/RICS/HKIE etc).
• 15 years of relevant hands-on experience with other developers/renowned consultancies.
• Familiar with local building regulations (HK or PRC)
• Frequent travelling may be required / Willing to station is a huge advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager's role.
